By completing the contact us page, we will know that you are interested in getting a FREE design and quote appointment.
Our dedicated window specialist will contact you to answer any questions you may have as well as to set up a date and time for the design appointment.
NowMeeting with the windows specialist
For security reasons, you will receive a phone call from our head office to confirm the appointment. This is usually done the same day or the previous day if the appointment is early.
The designer will meet you in the comfort of your own home. this will allow the designer to see your current set-up with your windows.
The designer will show you the different models of windows and doors available and will measure your windows and doors.
You will receive a detailed quote for the installation of your new windows and a date of installation.
Agreed appointment dateWindow Surveyor
The windows surveyor will arrange a time to come and meet with you.
This is done at least 14 days after the agreement with the designer to allow for the cooling off period to finish.
The surveyor will remeasure the windows to ensure that the measurements are accurate before building the windows.
14 days laterWorkshop and assembly
2- 6 weeksInstallation date
On the agreed installation date, we will remove your old windows and dispose of them responsibly.
It is important that the working space for the windows are cleared up as much as possible.
We will then install your new windows and doors, and ensure that they all work properly.
We will walk you through all the windows and answer any questions you may have on your new installation.
2-4 daysEnjoy your new windows
All is installed and verified to work properly. Now, you can enjoy your new windows and doors.

What costs are included?
You will receive a detailed quote for the expect work to be completed. The quote will include the material, the workmanship, the installation, the time scale and anything else that is required. Every quote is personalised, therefore please clarify any grey areas before agreeing to the contract. A 14 day cooling off period is mandatory and should be used if you change your mind.

How do I proceed?
Ideally, you should have an idea of the type and colour of windows you would like, the budget and the timescale. These could still be at the stage of ideas, but they are a good starting point. Looking online for different styles, ideas or going to showrooms can help if you have time. Else the windows specialist will be able to guide you through the different options.

Each house is different and requires a different quote. The quote is FREE with no obligation from your part. By being FCA regulated, the window supplier and fitter is able to offer you a finance offer that will suit your needs.
What can I do to reduce the cost?
One of the methods to reduce the cost of new windows is by knowing exactly what you are looking for. This includes the style, colour, handles, but also anything linked to security and locking mechanism. You could also take out the old windows and dispose of them yourself, but the drawback is that you will have no guarantees of workmanship and it could make the job harder if the windows have not been taken out properly.
